Bishop Mark Leonhardt has a rich heritage in the Church of God. Born and raised in Greenville, SC, he was called to preach the Gospel in 1993.
After serving five years in Youth & Discipleship in two states, he has served as Lead Pastor in three churches. His most recent pastorate was Fort Mill Church of God in Fort Mill, SC where he served for nearly seven years.
Mark met his wife, Al’Lora at Lee University in 1989. They have been married and enjoying ministry together since 1991. They have two married children, with one grandson, Braxton Turner Leonhardt.
In July 2022, Bishop Leonhardt was elected to the Council of 18 at the Church of God General Assembly in San Antonio, TX. He was also appointed to the serve the Church of God as Administrative Bishop for the state of Louisiana.

Al’Lora Leonhardt is an Alabama girl who has had the delightful privilege of serving God in many wonderful places in the USA and around the world. She has worked alongside of her husband, Mark, in ministry for over 31 years. With fond memories of serving on staff at International House of Prayer in the late 1990s, it is a true joy to be back in Louisiana in a new role.
In addition to spending time with family, Al’Lora enjoys reading, shopping and all things coffee. She loves the beach AND the mountains. The newest JOY is the grandbaby, Braxton!
Guided by Proverbs 24:11 and a passion to share the message of hope in Jesus, she enjoys speaking at churches and conferences. Al’Lora feels strongly compelled to encourage other women in ministry as we really are all in this together! She also participates in and leads local and world missions outreaches several times a year, including missions trips to Mexico, Ecuador and Tanzania. Al’Lora works part-time as an RN with hospice care, which gives her the opportunity to encourage families in times of bereavement.
Youth & Discipleship: Kevin and Hailey Hendrix

Kevin and Hailey Hendrix are originally from Alabama and have had a rich ministry journey for the last 14 years, primarily focused on Youth Ministry. They currently serve as Lead Pastors at Northshore Worship Center in Covington, LA, and as the Youth & Discipleship Directors of Louisiana.
Kevin has a long line of Church of God heritage in his family, but his own ministry journey began with obtaining his Exhorter Credentials at age 19. He now stands as an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God, and his dynamic speaking spans many Youth Camps, conferences, and revivals. Kevin’s leadership extends to roles like NYLA President and a Winterfest Board member.
Hailey, also a Church of God credentialed minister, directs the LA COG Girls Committee, serves as a member of the Winterfest Board, and aids Creative Teams for NYLA, Louisiana COG State Events, Winterfest, and COG World Missions.
Married since 2013 with two adventurous boys, Baylor and Briggs, they relish outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and National Park exploration. Rooted in deep dedication, Kevin and Hailey ardently guide this generation to embrace Jesus and harness the Holy Spirit’s transformative power. They are driven by remarkable motivation, energy, and a heart for outreach, and they are extremely excited to continue Kingdom work in the great state of Louisiana.
